Exclusive baking workshops with TV pastry chef Raheem Haidar at infa
Sweet news for all baking fans: Raheem Haidar, one of Germany’s best-known young pastry chefs, is coming back to infa 2026! From October 10 to 18, the TV baker will be hosting exclusive workshops at the Markthalle.

Raheem Haidar became well-known, among other things, for his appearances on the German TV shows “Das große Backen” and “Sweet & Easy – Enie backt.” With his attention to detail, technical precision, and a knack for extraordinary designs, he delights baking fans throughout Germany.
At infa, this professional will share his best tips and demonstrate, step by step, how simple ingredients can be transformed into little works of art. Whether it’s delicate macarons, artfully decorated cupcakes, trendy bento cakes, or light and fluffy choux pastry—the workshops are designed for both beginners and anyone looking to hone their baking skills.
All workshops will take place in the Markthalle (Hall 25, Booth D72). The number of participants is intentionally kept small to allow plenty of time for personalized tips and individual questions. Space is limited.

Cupcake-Workshop
Learn various piping techniques and transform pre-made cupcakes into little works of art using frosting, food coloring, and decorations. You’ll then take home the four cupcakes you’ve decorated yourself.

Macaron-Workshop

Paint Your Own Bento Cake
Design your own mini cake exactly the way you want it. Under professional guidance, you’ll decorate the pre-made Bento Cake with various colors, patterns, and creative elements to turn it into your very own one-of-a-kind creation.
