Grow & Glow is once again curated and hosted by Janina Ostendorf, better known on social media as “Wingwoman” Jules. As a host, entrepreneur, and networker, she brings strong personalities to the stage and creates space for inspiring conversations, honest exchanges, and new perspectives.

New to the lineup this year is “Shiri” Shakiba Eisenblätter as co-host. The migrant entrepreneur and founder of the jewelry label SHIRI captivates audiences with her open demeanor, her ease, and her knack for bringing people together. Together with Jules, she’ll guide attendees through the program and ensure a day full of inspiration, exchange, and female empowerment.
