The open kitchen in the Market Hall will once again be one of the most popular gathering spots at infa in 2026. From October 10 through 18, you can look forward to a varied stage program centered on cooking, baking, and enjoying good food—hosted by Christoph Dannowski.

Look forward to celebrity guests, local personalities, and culinary professionals who showcase their skills every day. Whether it’s creative baking ideas, sophisticated dishes, or practical tips for everyday cooking—the show kitchen offers plenty of inspiration and, of course, the occasional taste test.
Among the highlights is Raheem Haidar, winner of the german SAT.1 show “Das große Backen.” The popular pastry chef delights visitors with sweet creations and shares valuable tips from the world of pâtisserie.
Well-known personalities, such as Swedish Honorary Consul Jasmin Arbabian-Vogel, will also be at the cooking station, taking visitors on a culinary journey.
In addition, Bosch Cookit and Thermomix will showcase in exciting live demonstrations how modern kitchen technology simplifies everyday cooking and opens up new possibilities in the kitchen.
There’s plenty of excitement even beyond the cooking: The popular “Bingo Bear,” Michael Thürnau, invites you to several rounds of bingo in the Markthalle’s show kitchen. Look forward to top-notch entertainment, thrilling moments, and the chance to win great prizes.
Other renowned chefs will round out the program and present dishes that are easy to recreate at home. We’ll announce which culinary guests you can expect to see shortly—stay tuned!
