Kältech Kälte- und Klimatechnik GmbH was founded in 2007 by two master refrigeration engineers, Mark Dörlitz and Eckhard Giesemann. Eckhard Giesemann has been running the company on his own since 2014. The company has been based in Langenhagen since its foundation. Our catchment area extends from Flensburg to Munich. Specialising in small commercial refrigeration, cold water systems, VRF air conditioning systems and air conditioning systems for private homes has led to continuous growth for the Kältech team.
Kältech has a flexible hierarchy and structure that promotes flexible, customer-oriented action. Communication and task-oriented team building ensure high efficiency and quick responses, with optimum quality. Due to a clearer definition of work and responsibility areas and mutual understanding, there is only one way of working and acting together.
