No, the trade show ticket is not valid as a ticket for public transportation.
If an accompanying person is registered on the disabled person's ID, please send your request for a free ticket by e-mail to ticket-team@messe.de. For this purpose, we also need the transaction number on your invoice or the Ticketcode on your ticket as well as a copy of your disabled ID.
In case of exchange or complaint, you can buy a permit pass for a deposit of 14 € from monday – friday / 16 € on weekends at the box office upon presentation of the goods and the receipt.
The deposit will be refunded within 45 minutes after purchase and upon presentation of the permit pass at the cash desk.
