Grow & Glow at infa 2025 is a place for inspiration, exchange and practical impulses, where women of all ages have the opportunity to try out new things, network and leave the day invigorated.

Visitors to the LEBENSART stage in Hall 19 can expect exciting talks with strong speakers and impulses in various subject areas. One focus will be on financial independence and career development. Among other things, it will be about retirement planning, investments, salary negotiations, networking, leadership and professional reorientation.

Another aspect deals with physical well-being, women's health and self-care. Visitors will receive valuable impulses on women's health, care & beauty as well as self-improvement with mindfulness and healthy habits for everyday life. The femRUN Hannover on September 26 will kick off the event. At the ladies-only run around the Maschsee lake, women of all fitness levels can get active together, exchange ideas and simply have fun. The femRUN is the kick-off event: Grow together, strengthen yourself and develop your own energy.
