Expectant parents and young families can look forward to a varied programme of talks and hands-on activities at this year's infalino baby fair. On 11 and 12 October 2025, the infalino lecture forum in Hall 25 will offer a wealth of valuable information, practical tips and inspiring ideas on pregnancy, birth, babies and toddlers.

The programme covers a wide range of topics – from medical and financial issues to music and baptism to everyday topics such as sleep, dental health and first aid. This allows parents, grandparents and interested parties to delve deeper into topics that are important to their family.
The morning kicks off with music and games: at the interactive concert for babies and children, visitors of all ages are invited to enjoy live piano music in a relaxed atmosphere, dance along and unwind. Anna's music class also invites children between six months and three years of age to sing, dance and discover together.
In addition, key questions about infant baptism will be answered, and the midwifery centre will provide information on how families can be supported in their search for a suitable midwife. The lectures on first aid will be practical and realistic, with paramedic and SPIEGEL bestselling author Larissa sharing her knowledge on topics such as sudden infant death syndrome and choking.
Important health topics are also in focus: a lecture on dental health from the very beginning shows what is important during pregnancy and in the first years of life. In addition, interested parties can learn more about the storage of stem cells from the umbilical cord and their medical applications.
Parents will also receive valuable guidance in the financial jungle – from parental allowance to pocket money – and learn how they can set the financial course for their children's future early on with government subsidies and smart decisions.
Finally, there are practical tips on carrying and children's sleep: experts provide insights into scientifically based recommendations and help to find individual ways to make everyday family life easier. Ilka Hoffmann from ‘DEINE FamilienLOUNGE’ rounds off the programme with a lecture on the first year of babyhood – with a wealth of knowledge, heart and experience for a successful start to family life.
