In the “Building” section, interested parties will find offers for heating systems, windows, doors, roller shutters, patio roofs, saunas, and blinds. Garden furniture, roofing, fireplace and heat pump systems, as well as solutions for fire and burglary protection are also in focus.

The “Living” section offers inspiration for your own four walls: the range extends from fitted kitchens and seating and living room furniture to box spring and water beds. The range is complemented by whirlpools, art prints, photographs, lighting, and home accessories.

The Hannover Lounge will once again be a central meeting point this year. Radio Hannover, BWI, and Deutsche Messe AG invite you to attend lectures and talks on current topics in the construction and real estate industry. The program includes presentations on topics such as district heating, construction defects, protection against climate-related damage, the new smart meter requirement, climate-adapted gardening, photovoltaics, construction financing, smart homes, and mold prevention. There will also be musical entertainment and competitions.

Another highlight is the special exhibition “Die gute Form” (Good Form) by the Lower Saxony/Bremen Carpenters' Guild. The exhibition will feature pieces by young carpenters, which visitors to the fair will be able to evaluate.

The “Building & Living” theme world will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. as part of infa 2025.
