Anyone interested in wood, craftsmanship, and innovative housing solutions should visit the Hanne Carpentry stand in Hall 21. A special highlight is a modular wooden house that can be viewed right on site. Visitors will get a sense of the possibilities offered by modern modular wood construction and can seek advice on their own ideas and projects.
The carpentry shop also invites visitors to get hands-on: Using a router, visitors can cut their own name into a piece of wood and then take this personalized keepsake home with them. There’s also a 3D printer on display. The team will demonstrate the technology’s versatility and provide insights into the possibilities of 3D printing.
Traditional Craftsmanship Meets Modern Manufacturing
Tischlerei Hanne GmbH, based in Wedemark, combines classic carpentry with modern ideas and innovative solutions. Since its founding in 2005, this family-owned business has continued to evolve. In addition to traditional carpentry for construction, the company’s range of services now includes the design and fabrication of tiny houses and modular homes using sustainable timber construction methods.
From the initial consultation and planning through production in its own workshop to professional installation, Tischlerei Hanne manages its projects as a one-stop shop. In doing so, the company combines many years of craftsmanship with modern manufacturing processes. State-of-the-art CNC technology supports precise and efficient production.
Flexible Wooden Housing Solutions
With its tiny houses and modular homes, Tischlerei Hanne develops flexible solutions that can be adapted to different life situations. Whether as a primary residence, an accessible home for seniors, a guest house, a retreat, or an addition to existing living space—the possibilities are endless. Modular buildings can also be used as additional space for educational, administrative, or social programs and can be adapted or repurposed as needs change.
Anyone interested in a tiny house or modular home—or planning their own project—can get advice directly from the experts on site.
Curious? Visit Tischlerei Hanne from October 10–18 in the “Building & Living” theme area in Hall 21, Booth B37, and experience wood, craftsmanship, and modern living ideas firsthand.
