Laura Postulat from ‘Schritt.weise Familienwege’, a certified breastfeeding, sleep and complementary food counsellor, will clarify important questions about caring for babies and toddlers and expose common myths in her lecture ‘Breastfeeding, sleeping, complementary food - a fact check’. She also sheds light on ‘Baby and toddler sleep’ in another lecture. She explains how parents can support their children in their sleep development so that their nights become more restful again.

A special highlight is the reading by Inke Hummel, author, family counsellor and parent coach, who will speak on the topic of ‘Together through the baby years’. In addition, Franzi Helms from ‘Coaching & Counselling’ will provide valuable insights into the topic ‘Family life in balance? - Between expectations, compatibility and mental load’. This will be about how family and career can be reconciled, how parenting issues can be resolved and how couples can strengthen their relationship despite all the challenges.

Dr Markus Braun from the Lower Saxony Dental Association will tell visitors everything they need to know about ‘Healthy teeth - right from the start’. He will explain the importance of oral care during pregnancy, the care of the first teeth and the change of teeth.

The company Vita 34 will be presenting the topic ‘Stem cells from the umbilical cord - saving them for my child at birth’ and explaining how umbilical cord blood can be used in the long term.

Ramona Christ from ‘Der Finanzkompass’ provides comprehensive information on the topic of ‘parental allowance’ so that families can plan optimally for the future. Nicol Kahle, photographer, will talk about the ‘Value of newborn photography’, emphasising the importance of irretrievable moments and emotional memories.
