infa 2023 promises to be a feast for all baking enthusiasts, and a special highlight awaits with Raheem Haider: the winner of the Sat1 success show "Das große Backen" 2022 will be appearing in the show kitchen on three days.

Since winning the Sat1 show, Raheem Haider has turned his hobby into his profession and can now be admired live at infa.
In addition to trade show appearances and workshops, he runs his own online store where he offers his absolute must-haves for baking.
On October 14, he will take you on a journey into the world of "Lemon Tartelettes à la Dolce Vita".
On October 20, you can join him in the fascinating world of trendy vintage-style Bento Cakes. This unique creation will undoubtedly delight all baking lovers.
But that's not all: On October 15, Isabella Sasse, a contestant in the current season of "Das große Backen," will also take the stage in the big show kitchen. Together with Isabella, Blueberry Cupcakes will be decorated in a creative way.
