In Hall 20, the carpentry trade will be presenting the design competition ‘Die Gute Form’ every day from 10 am to 6 pm. On the first weekend of the fair (12 and 13 October), master carpenter Sina Wachau will also be a guest on the stand from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., turning small Christmas trees for visitors (Hall 20, Stand E13).
"Die Gute Form" 2024
At the centre of the competition are over 40 works by young carpenters from Lower Saxony and Bremen. The pieces will be exhibited throughout the trade fair as part of the ‘Die Gute Form’ competition. An independent jury will judge them according to originality, quality, modernity and functionality. In the end, the three best journeyman's pieces of 2024 will be selected and awarded prizes by the jury. The first and second places qualify for participation in the national competition.
Take part and vote for the audience award
Even before the start of infa, the journeyman's pieces that will later be on show at the trade fair will be presented on the Tischler Nord website. In short videos, the young carpenters present their workpieces in person.
You can vote directly for the audience award. Of course, anyone who wants to can also do so directly at infa. The audience award will then be presented at the award ceremony on the last day of the exhibition.
